STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

These categories provide a list of violations of the Student Code of Conduct that outlines behaviors that may result in disciplinary action by the College. These lists are not to be regarded as all- inclusive. In the event of ambiguity, inconsistency or a need for further clarification regarding what constitutes a violation of the Student Code of Conduct, the vice president of student services will make the final determination. All TVCC students or student organizations found to be responsible for misconduct are subject to College sanctions.

The Student Code of Conduct applies to all TVCC students, regardless of their campus affiliation or mode of instruction delivery (i.e., dual credit, distance learning, etc.).
